Our Services

We operate an open-door service accross Haringey at the following sites:

Turnpike Lane (14a Willoughby Road, N8 0JJ): Monday and Wednesday from 9.30am to 4.00pm

Tottenham (551B High Road, N17 6SB): Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30am to 4.00pm

Hornsey Library (Haringey Park, N8 9JA): Monday from 9.30am to 4.00pm

We also have an after hours session at Turnpike Lane on Tuesday from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. This service is for people who cannot make the daytime sessions due to work or other commitments.

All sessions operate through a first come first serve basis, as the number of tickets we can issue are limited. Therefore, we advise you to come early to increase your chance of being seen. For daytime sessions we recommend you come at around 9am to ensure you can get a ticket.

Alternatively, we operate a pre-recorded telephone advice line on 0844 8269 715. Phoning on Wednesday between 10am and midday will allow you to speak to an adviser.
