Our Advice Line (0300 330 1187) remains open for those who live, work or study in Haringey. Our advisers are available from Monday-Friday and lines are open from 9am until 5pm.

If you are worried about the impact of COVID-19 on your money, accessing essential items or accessing the support you need, please call Haringey Council's Connected Communities line - tel: 020 8489 4431. This line is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm.
Universal Credit Help to Claim
For support applying for Universal Credit you can call 0800 144 8 444. Lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm or you can access webchat here
What you can do if you or someone you know is worried about Domestic Abuse:
1. In immediate danger, you should always call the police on 999.
If you are unable to speak, you can press 55 and this will transfer your call to the relevant police force who will assist you without you having to speak.
2. Otherwise, you can call the Haringey Helpline for advice on 0300 012 0213.
If it is unsafe for you to speak on the phone, you can email on HaringeyIDVA@niaendingviolence.org.uk
The Haringey Helpline and email are available Monday to Friday, 10am-5.30pm, excluding bank holidays.
If you need advice outside of these times, you can ring the National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247 which is available 24/7.
Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust are changing the way they deliver some of their services to protect their patients and staff. The changes are to stop the spread of infection in relation to coronavirus. They have introduced a new helpline for people experiencing a mental
health crisis 0300 0200 500. You can call this number to get advice and support 24/7.
