EU Settled Status Scheme

Are you an EU national living in Haringey?

Do you know about the EU Settled Status Scheme?

As a result of Brexit, all EU nationals in the UK will need to register on the EU Settled Status Scheme before the end of December 2020 in order to retain your right to work, to rent accommodation, to use the NHS and to claim public funds.

You may also find that if you are currently 'no recourse to public funds,' but have been living in the UK for five years, that registration will help you get access to the services and public funds that you and your family need.

We can help you!

If you live in the Borough and identify as one of the groups listed below then free assistance is available to you.

  • The Roma community

  • Homeless people and rough sleepers

  • Elderly people

  • Victims of Domestic Abuse

  • The Charedi community

  • Single migrant workers who may be working in the grey economy or anticipating a short stay.

(*Irish nationals and those with Indefinite Leave to Remain need not apply)
