Latest Government Guidance: Telephone only service and changes to appointments

Following the latest government guidance to work from home, we are temporarily changing how we offer appointments and we wanted to ensure that this information was shared with as many people across Haringey as possible, especially if you have an upcoming appointment with us.

We want to reassure you that while we need to make these changes to our service, we are committed to minimising the impact this has on you and make sure we are still able to help.

From Monday 13th December 2021 all of our face to face appointments have been changed to telephone appointments.

If you have an existing appointment

This means we will call you at the time your face to face appointment was booked.

We will call the number you have provided. If this is not the number you would like us to use or you have not provided one, then please let us know before your appointment.

If we have the correct number there is no need for you to attend the office or take any other action.

Need to talk to us about your appointment?

If you would prefer to speak to an adviser face to face online, or have documents you think we need to see, or we have asked for, please get in touch via our email and your adviser will be happy to make arrangements for you.

If you want to post anything to us, please address it to Citizens Advice Hairngey, 20e Waltheof Gardens, London N17 7DN.

Please include your Case reference number from the top of this page in any letter or email you send.

If you can't email us or have further questions, then please get back in touch on our admin line, 0203 872 5840, please note we cannot offer advice on this number, but a message can be left for an adviser to call you back.

Need Advice on another matter?

If you or someone you know needs advice, our freephone number 0808 278 7966 is open from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday and for Help to Claim Universal Credit you can call 0800 144 8 444 open between 8 to 6 Monday to Friday.

Hopefully we will be able to get back to normal soon, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to our service.
