Over the last 6 months demand for our services has increased significantly and so that we can be sure to meet the needs of as many of those people contacting us as possible we have been looking at ways to develop our offering further.
One element that we have recently added to our service, is the introduction of our brand new Virtual Assistant a.k.a Carl.

Over the coming months we will be increasing Carl's capabilities further with the intention that he will be able to support more local residents.
However, we must add that as Carl is just a robot he is unable to undertake our formal advice training and therefore for the more complex issues you present he may well have to provide you with the contact details of his human colleagues who have been trained to support you with such issues.
Carl isn't the only development that we have been working on, and we will soon be announcing several new options, including new projects, collaborative pieces of work and other technological advancements.
