Citizens Advice helped 2.7 million people last year. There were also 43 million visits to our online advice pages.

We use this unparalleled evidence from the people we help to try and fix the underlying causes of people's problems.

We’re also the statutory consumer watchdog for the energy and post industries, meaning we advocate on behalf of consumers in these markets.

 

Local Campaigns

1)    Crisis Support – access to support through Local Authority or other organisations. Interventions made, changes to crisis support


2)    Housing – What action have landlords taken over past month. Has your housing situation changed? Have you been given a rent holiday? Good and Bad practice by landlords and Letting Agents?
3)    Employment -  Have you been furloughed? Were you able to be furloughed and not? Have you had to claim Universal Credit? Issues with employers? Access to financial support other than Universal Credit?
4)    What should we be focusing on? We want to hear from you on the issues you have been facing that you think we need to know about.
